The Valkyries are a women's rugby team in the city of Wichita, Kansas. The team was re-started in 2015 after a long hiatus by OG Valk Victoria King, after her run-ins with the Wichita Barbarians and her want for a women's team that could do the same as the Barbos: foster friendship and fellowship among the players while having a blast playing rugby, the gentleman's... (and gentlewoman's!) sport.
